I initially started this blog as a recipe-database after having to repeat myself to three different people after I mentioned a successful dinner I made the night before. So up my blog went. It was a few months after that I realized I could do this. Like really do this. And decided to post something at least once, every damn day.
It took some effort on my part. A lot of it. Until I realized that I can pull off more than 7 dishes in one weekend. Yeaaaah. I cook that much anyway. Plus the handful of restaurants I eat at every few days. This has been ongoing for three years. But I would slip up every now and then. I would think a hospital confinement would be enough of an excuse to miss writing a post (I actually didn’t miss posting that time) .
So it’s been three years. Wow. My family’s and friends’ stomachs have withstood my (questionable) cooking and tastes. It is them, after all, that I push my latest creations, may it be good or bad.
This still remains an experimental food blog. I still try what I think is cool or interesting (or too expensive to pay for). I try to recreate food that I remember eating so long ago. I have a list of my favorite blogs in my blog roll, which, half the time, inspire my crazeness for whatever I am currently cooking in the kitchen.
