Happy September! This is when the Christmas songs start playing everywhere in the Philippines!
So what do you do when you have leftover scallops? Toss them in some pasta and you have another but completely different meal!
The flavors of this one reminded me of vongole, which I also love. I love how I barely did anything this time, just cooked the noodles, strain, and throw the scallops in. And it was really delicious. Easy way to make use of leftovers.
I could have easily done the same thing to the leftover steak (which I sliced and cooked with lime, soy sauce, mushroom and tons of onions to either eat as a sandwich or with rice). But this was a really great decision to do.
