Risotto

I have had seafood risotto and it was lovely. But this was just okay. I can remember having the flavors of clams (not just regular risotto and then adding seafood into it) and a sour note to balance it all out. I did try to copy it, but it was just okay. And actually, I find this too heavy for that day. It is indeed summer when you find rice too heavy šŸ˜€

I did try adding some olives to it to make it lighter, but it still wasn’t enough for me. In the end, it was just so-so. I need some fresh mussels and clams to fix this šŸ™‚ But it does look pretty in the picture šŸ™‚

IMG_20170614_185132I honestly don’t think that this is a specialty of mine. Or it will take more time and great patience to get there.
