I have made this before in this post, but I wanted to make it for Matt since he likes the spice cumin. But also,he has been limited to using it for chili, or maybe a grilled dish with it as a rub, or in curry. But keema is one of my favorite things.
The difference though is, this is made from pork, since we didn’t have any ground beef, or lamb. But the flavors were still there and very strong. And what was his verdict? Delicious, of course!
