One of the most popular dishes in Conti’s is the baked salmon, and I do love it too. I love the salmon, I love the garlicky, cheesy cream on top too. I have tried to make it once and it failed abysmally and I don’t think I have tried it again. Until now. We had two small fillets of salmon, and I was trying to figure out what to make of it. I haven’t brought Matt to Conti’s, so I decided to bring it to him.
I followed this guide with great results. One of the changes I made though was change the cheese from parmesan to horseradish and chive havarti, simply because it was what I had at that time. 🙂 But the dish turned out so yummy and beautiful I cannot wait until I get my hand on some salmon again 🙂
