Do you remember how much I complained when I made lox at home and mom asked me to cook it? Well, I have found my partner-in-crime, Matt! He loves lox as much as I do, and eats the lox I made as frequently as I do.
I only know of putting it in bagels with cream cheese. And it goes well with capers too. Matt asked me to slice tomatoes and onions too to go with it, and we kind of assembled all of it into place. And IT WAS DELICIOUS. I rarely am able to finish one whole bagel by myself, but I did! Because of all the yummy filling. Now to look for more salmon fillets to cure!
