So it is not actually turkey sausages but Rissa-made sausages from ground turkey, which is kind of the same anyway. I added a handful of garlic, oregano, seasoned it with salt and pepper, and that was mostly it. I then added 4 chopped tomatoes. After that step, I didn’t even have to add anything to it anymore, except top the whole thing on some noodles. It was meaty and hearty, and everything you would want from a pasta dish!
Linguine with Turkey Sausages Recipe
1/2 pound ground turkey, cooked
oregano, to taste
garlic granules or fresh garlic, to taste
about 4 big tomatoes, diced
about 1.5 cups of cooked pasta
In a pan, combine the first 7 ingredients until sizzling hot. Let the tomatoes wilt a little and get saucy. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Top on cooked pasta, any will do actually 🙂
