Greek Chicken

20170206_185027I have always loved the flavors of Mediterranean food and have on and off been able to recreate it. One of my favorites is the chicken, marinated in milk/yogurt/buttermilk seasoned with oregano and lemon, plus a huge heaping side of grilled vegetables. And this is one of the first things I made for Matt. It is easy, doesn’t take too much time. But in this recipe, I also realized how really different chickens are in the US. Not only are they bigger and fattier, but also cheaper, surprisingly. Next time I make this, I will remove the skin šŸ™‚
