Cheese Chronicles #25: Gorgonzola and Camborzola

In between this and my last post, there were many more cheeses that I have consumed. Like the gouda with almonds, more brie, more goudas, etc. But yeah yeah. This one is the most significant.

I decided to get some blue cheese just because I need something strong to pair with my salami. All the other soft cheeses drown in the flavors of a good salami.

Thte camborzola, sturdier than gorgonzola

And that’s when it happened. I fell in love with blue cheese. I have been eating blue cheese since I can remember, but this is the only time I really have been wanting it. I ended up buying the variety for 3 straight times! It was delicious! I also am discovering the different kinds and seeing what I like, which as of now is both gorgonzola and camborzola. I like creamy blue cheeses.

If you have any suggestions to more cheeses like this, please let me know! I still have a long way to go in being able to try all the cheeses there are!
