Finally finished marinating or salting my eggs with the recommended 21 days. We cooked the egg sample and it turned out too salty for me! I cannot eat it on its own! I didn’t know how to unsalt it, so I ended up cooking all of the eggs anyway just to make sure that they’re all done salting.
Next time, I will just do 10 days. Let’s see how that will work.
PS. I will be in the US by Febraury. I will of course still be keeping my blog. But for sure the content will change because of time, available produce and food and those that I will eat too. 🙂
