Cream Cheese and Jam

I needed to make a quick breakfast and peanut butter and jelly has been my go to, especially since Matt brought me some wonderful preserves such as blueberry and lime, and grape! So I was grabbing those from the fridge when I saw the cream cheese spread that I have had in the fridge. I decided to use that in place of peanut butter. I do love my cheese and jam. I figured this will be almost like it.

Though I overdid it on the preserves, this ended up being so wonderful! I would have preferred a thicker cream cheese spread, or just cream cheese itself, but the salty and sweet (and slightly sour) so worked out perfectly! This is what my kids will end up eating growing up 🙂
