I posted about this dish 6 years ago. And this is actually one of the first dishes I have made by myself. This is more tedious than complicated generally. But I wanted to make a healthy version of it, and a different flavored meatball too. Usually I would just add vegetables. But this time I added sesame oil and soy sauce, for a hint of Asian.
I did everything same as usual, though since I wanted a heartier broth, I mixed pork and chicken. And that was it.
It was delicious as usual and I think this would be my go to soup for cold rainy days.
