So this is going to be waaaay late. I was finally able to get my hands on this magazine around end of March. It was published around February. But finally!
It has always been in my bucket list to contribute or have something published. I already did it online with a recipe for Reader’s Digest Online. I also contributed a story on Chicken Soup for the Soul and got a handful of free books to boot. And this now! As I have mentioned here twice already, I joined this contest for Monterey. My recipe came out simple, with fancy pictures. I think that made me a shoo in. But here it is in there recreated form 🙂
