I haven’t explored much into cheeses in a while. Though on my last trip to the US, I bought some cheese to eat there. But beyond that, nothing new has caught my attention. I just grabbed one cheese the other day while grocery shopping with my Ate and I grabbed Fontina. I do have the tendency to just grab something interesting and figure out how to work it afterwards.
Luckily, Fontina cheese is milk, great milky flavor, nice to melt with, and eat on its own. And that’s what I did! Eat it bit by bit. Add it to my spaghetti. Eat it with bread. Just put it on everything!
The wonderful thing about discovering new cheeses is you find another one to just grab off the shelf when it is on sale. Although I rarely see this on sale, at least I know what I like 🙂
