Chili Chicken

Chili is a normal easy item on my menu. Usually though use beef. But in my attempt to be healthy, I decided to make use of ground chicken. But this was a lazy chili. I already my beans cooked, just a leftover from my beans and rice recipe. I repurposed the beans for this 🙂

Chili Chicken Recipe. 

1/4 kilo ground chicken
1 cup cooked pinto beans
1 can tomatoes, about 400grams
1/4 cup tomato paste
chili flakes, to taste
salt, as needed

Mix the first 3 ingredients in a pan, and let it cook for about 30 minutes. Once done,  add as much of the next 3 ingredients as needed. I used tomato paste to thicken the sauce because I found it too runny. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary. Serve with cheese 🙂
