Spanish Aioli apparently is just made from 3 ingredients. Olive oil, garlic and salt. THIS IS A FAILURE OF A RECIPE, by the way. I was so excited and got carried and was halfway into it when I got distracted and the aioli split and I had oil and some oily garlic paste instead. Ugh fail.
But one learned lesson was, in the heat of the Philippine weather, don’t leave your aiolis alone. Two, it really is just 3 ingredients. Now when the time I am able to make this comes, I’ll be happy to share this i nformation. By the way, my garlic paste turned yellow because of the biryani paste and the turmeric in it 🙂
