And this is how I imagined our ordered salad from Pamana should be. This is mozzarella cheese (not the fresh kind), some tomatoes (not the cherry ones but the local ones), fresh basil from the garden, all tossed in olive oil and salt.
The preparation took maybe 3 minutes to chop everything and clean it up. This was stored in the fridge for 20 minutes before it was served (while I was starting on the steak). And seriously, this is one good dish that I like. Simple and easy to make, and easy on the palette. 🙂
