Recommended mixes and the make your own

This Project Pie has been reviewed and eaten at so many times by so many people. Their other branches have already sprouted up in Alabang and Quezon City, months after the first one opened up. And still, it is only know that I ended up trying it, all because my friend is treating us here for her birthday.

You either have the option of choosing from recommended pizzas, or making your own combinations with the toppings. We opted to make our own, half white, half red. Then our toppings were mixed with  mozzarella, ricotta, bacon, salami, flaked chicken, olives, onions, garlic, chili peppers and what else we wanted on it. you have a vary wide options to choose from and if you opted for everything on it, that was possible too.  This was priced at P285 each pizza.

I also ordered a simple ceasar salad, which was greens with croutons and the dressing. It was so simple, but honestly, I loved it. 🙂 All because of the cheesy croutons, I think.

There were also some desserts, which all were like open faced crepes, or dessert pizzas, if you want to call em that. They were literally covered in nutella, so I really don’t think this can turn out bad at all.

I am curious to try more of their toppings or other mixes. Maybe go a little wild. But I have the feeling I will be back 🙂
