Din Tai Fung

I have eaten here before on my last trip to Singapore. But I haven’t been blogging then yet. But this was the first place where I tried the xiao long bau which is now a common item on my orders as long as it is available on the menu. I still haven’t learned how to eat it right, but then, I never liked vinegar (which is how it is supposed to be eaten). So I just have it as it is.

We ordered other items on the menu as well such as the Fried Rice with Porkchop, and I ordered the Dan-dan noodles which has a peanut based sauce. And we also ordered some dou miao with pork, which is a kind of sprout. It was simply cooked, but yummy nevertheless.
