Liquid Cheesecake on Momofuku Cookie Crust

And when I go crazy, I can really get crazy. i have been wanting to make the liquid cheesecake (and just treat it like regular cheesecake). So I finally did. I baked the base first, forced it into a crust. Then I made the liquid cheesecake following the instruction, poured it into the cookie base, and baked it for 25 minutes. And in all honesty, it was good, but the sweetness and the liquidity of the mixture makes me cringe. I don’t mind it on my carrot cake. Would be lovely on a carrot cake though. 🙂
