I did like my chocolate chip cheesecake from Kabisera (their sister resto). And after a full dinner from Sentro, we still wanted dessert and coffee. I recommended the cheesecake, and the tablea cake and impossible cake (chocolate cake topped with lecheflan) were also added to our orders.
The impossible cake was just so so. I am not a fan of their chocolate chiffon for both chocolate cakes. And the “impossibility” was not really exciting. Echoes of approval for the mousse like icing on the table cake was heard around the table though. But again, the winner is still the chocolate chip cheesecake. It was just the right sweetness and creaminess, and the right bite and density. 🙂
