I ran across this recipe while I was randomly online (which is like all the time) and decided it was easy enough to make without using a specific guide. It involved beef taco, cheese, and pasta, three things I love.
I made some taco mix from , rock salt, cumin, chili, coriander, oregano, onion, salt, black pepper, garlic. This was pounded into a paste until all of the flavors were mixed properly together. I then diced up some tomatoes as well to add while it was being cooked.
In a hot pan, I placed some oil, and all of the pounded mixture into the pan and let this cook and roast for a while. I then added the tomatoes to cook this (Thai-style). When the tomatoes have softened, I added the beef and let it cook. I tasted once the beef was brown and added more salt to it. Then that was the beef.
For the pasta, I placed the cook pasta in a pan, added some milk and cheese and let it melt. I then added some of the beef, tossed it, then topped it with more melti9ng cheese. Serve hot! 🙂
Beef Taco Spaghetti Recipe
1 teaspoon cumin (seeds if you have it
½ teaspoon coriander (seeds if you have it)
1 teaspoon rock salt
1/3 teaspoon black pepper (whole if you have it)
½ teaspoon oregano, dried
1 onion, diced
5 cloves garlic, pounded
5 tomatoes, diced
½ kilo beef
cheese, to taste
Grind the first 5 ingredients until fine, then follow with the onion and garlic. Set aside when made into a paste.
In a hot pan, put some cooking oil, then followed by ground paste, and then the tomatoes. Allow all of these to soften and cook through before adding the ground beef. Cook through ad adjust seasoning if needed and set aside.
In another pan, toss in the pasta with milk and cheese. Add salt if needed. Toss in some of the beef and mix. Top with more cheese. Serve 🙂
