Cebu-Roast Flavored Fried Chicken

Okay that was a complicated title. I wasn’t sure how to start this one because well, I knew what I wanted, but wasn’t sure how it will end.

Like making a Cebu Lechon Manok, I decided to boil these chicken pieces so they were flavorful. And once they were tender, I removed them from leftover sauce and set it aside.

After, with a little bit of oil from the boiled sauce, I fried them lightly until there was a crunchy texture to the skin. That was it! πŸ™‚ Simple and tasted good. πŸ™‚ It’s something you can store in your fridge for a while and have at a moment’ s notice πŸ™‚ Yum!
