We know I love cheese. I actually made it into an entire food group by itself. And I have a theory that anything can be made better with more cheese. Or at least a lot of things 😛
My cousin’s girlfriend got us this huge hunk of mozzarella cheese and I shall welcome her to our family with open arms. (Hahahaha! But yes, I mean it.) So now we have about a kilo of cheese to melt unto everything.
My favorite way to eat mozzarella is stringing it directly into my mouth. It went recently on top of the baked potato. And besides eating tons of it fried, I am not sure how else to exemplify its creamy flavors. 🙂 Any ideas?
