I have made baked potato before but nothing that prompted mom to say that this is really good 🙂 I did cheat and followed the same thing I did before of microwaving the potatoes instead. I then halved them, sprinkled a bit of salt, topped with slices of mozzarella cheese, drizzled with mayo garlic sauce (we didn’t have sour cream) and topped with more grated cheese aaaaand, fried pork. We didn’t have any bacon but this turned out so good it was insane. And the fried pork bits, yep, those were the same things that topped the carbonara here and also what was made into sisig.
The only comment was sour cream would have made it better. And I know that. But we were also too lazy to go to the supermarket and local stores in the area didn’t have it. So boo. 🙂
