Quick Eats: Bakmi GM, West Jakarta, Indonesia

Soooooo. I didn’t have any pictures because my phone battery was finished off by the time we got to the eating part. But one sign that I loved the noodles here was the fact that I bought fresh Indonesian noodles to bring home to cook for the family. The noodles are boiled, tossed in pork or chicken oil, then served with vegetables, soup, and some meat. The meal is one of the simplest that I have had, and also served in a fast food style. But the flavors were just right, and explains the full seating of the restaurant at 8pm. The food is very friendly, and easy to eat. The taste is very mild. But just right. I hope I get to copy it perfectly. In the next few blogs! 🙂
