Typhoon Haiyan/Yolanda and its Aftermath

I rarely digress from food on this blog. But for those who have not heard about the typhoon that hit my country a couple of days ago, the typhoon has devastated everywhere it passed. I travel a lot and have been to a couple of places, and having glimpsed these beautiful areas now devastated has saddened me greatly. I cannot imagine how those who underwent the strength of the typhoon survived it, and how they are feeling right now. So I appeal to all of my leaders to lend a helping hand.

There are multiple ways to donate, and I am only listing a few.
