In our quest to be more healthful, people usually find the healthy in the unhealthy. Take for example, this new item ate brought from the States, Chewy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies from Chips Ahoy.
Well, it it still is technically unhealthy (compared to fruits?), and I conveniently forgot to get the nutrition information on the back. So what does this thing offer compared to the regular chewy kind? Fiber I guess. But you’re gonna eat that other cookie anyway. So biting into this, with a little bit of fiber, might do you (fine, us) some good! Just don’t get carried away eating 10 of this (as opposed to 5 of the regular kind) thinking it’s healthy 🙂
